Mr. Adeniji is currently consulting for a number of companies and organizations, the list of which could be made available to you. He is a highly resourceful person with an in-born zeal for success. A Business Administration graduate of the University of Ilorin, enhanced by Master Degree in management from University of Nigeria Nsukka.
Mr. Adeniji is also a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has hands on experience of both Accountancy and Financial Advisory Services and Audit of Financial Statements.
TOSIN D. AKINWUNMI ( HND., BSc., MSc., FCA, ACTI) -Managing Partner
Tosin is a versed and versatile professional, an audit and control pundit, a tax expert, a financial analyst and a scholar. He is a chartered accountant with sound analytical skill; strategic thinking and innovative ideas, good research knowledge, financial management & numerical expertise, good written & oral communications, team building & leadership capability, responsive and result-oriented direction. Thirst for performance, team spirit, discipline and hard work are his watchword.
He bagged First Class in Accounting from Babcock University and a Masters’ Degree in Accounting from the same Institution. He also graduated with Distinctions at both National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State. He is a FelIow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Tosin worked and grew to become the Audit Manager of Ola Ajala & Co. (Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners) and the Tax Manager of A. A. Dina & Co. (Chartered Accountants) at different times.
He joined Fidelity Bank Plc. as an Internal Control Team Lead and later oversaw the Risk Management Unit of Southwest Region before he was moved to the Customer Complaints Unit of the bank where he was saddled with the primary responsibility of reporting to management on excess charges complaints from customers.
He worked in the Internal Audit department and acquired wider experiences when he moved to United Bank for Africa (UBA).
Tosin was in Channels Television as a Finance Manager with the responsibility of consolidating the financials of the Channels Media Group and ensuring compliance with internal controls. He later moved to SWAgCo Limited as a management staff with the responsibility to oversee the Finance, Administrative & Human Resources departments.
Presently, Tosin is back in audit practice as the Managing Partner of Adeniji Agboola & Co. (Chartered Accountants).
Beside his accounting profession and sojourn, Genius as fondly called is skilled in writing professional speeches, articles, poems and also a great editor of publications.
Sunday Ajayi | Partner (B.Sc, ACCA, ACA)
Sunday is a graduate of Accountancy from the University of Ilorin and an associate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) which is an International Accounting body and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He has a wealth of experience in Audit, Taxation and Finance and has a deep understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He is versed in computer audit and system audit, tax planning and consultancy services and has attended several courses, seminars and workshops.
He has participated in management training seminars and led several teams in the conduct of statutory audits, tax audits and consultancy services of the firm’s clients.

Adoide is a graduate of Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti State.
He is well versed in Tax Consultancy Services and Audit and has 8 years’ experience in this field.
Deborah Olutunbi |Audit Trainee (ACA)
Deborah Olutunbi is a qualified Chartered Accountant. ACA.
She has a diploma degree in accounting from Yaba College of Technology Lagos. She also has a BSc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Akoka.
She worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as Fiance Intern for two years and also at University of Lagos Holding as finance intern for another year.
She is currently an audit trainee at Adeniji Agboola & Co.
Samuel Adeseye, Adefare |Audit officer (ACA)
Samuel Adeseye, Adefare is a qualified Chartered Accountant. ACA.
He has his ND in accounting from Yaba Tech, Lagos before proceeding to Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko, to complete his Bachelor degree in Accounting.
He worked as an intern with Lagos state Ministry of Home Affair in 2017 and in 2019 he worked with Collective Academy as an academy officer and Tutor
He is currently working in Adeniji Agboola & Co as Audit Officer.
Ogunleye Kayode Michael | Audit Senior (B. A, ACA (In view))
Kayode is a graduate of Guidance and Counseling from Adekunle Ajasin University Ondo State. Having spent more than seven years in the audit industry, he has a sound of experience in Audit, Taxation and Finance and a good understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He is good in computer audit.
He is currently a student member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Oluwatobi Tinuke Okonma |Audit Trainee (HND, B.Sc., ACA (In view) )
Oluwatobi is an Accounting graduate of Yaba College of Education Lagos and also Lagos State University. She is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), currently in the Skills Stage.
She started her career at Ifako International School Ifako as an Industrial Training (IT) student under Admin/Accounts Unit, She worked as Customer Relation Oficer (CSR) at Crusader Pensions Limited. She also had 6years experience in banking sector (First Monuments Bank Limited).
She is currently an Audit Trainee at Adeniji Agboola & Co. (Chartered Accountants).
