He bagged First Class in Accounting from Babcock University and a Masters\u2019 Degree in Accounting from the same Institution. He also graduated with Distinctions at both National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State. He is a FelIow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).<\/p>\n

Tosin worked and grew to become the Audit Manager of Ola Ajala & Co. (Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners) and the Tax Manager of A. A. Dina & Co. (Chartered Accountants) at different times.<\/p>\n

He joined Fidelity Bank Plc. as an Internal Control Team Lead and later oversaw the Risk Management Unit of Southwest Region before he was moved to the Customer Complaints Unit of the bank where he was saddled with the primary responsibility of reporting to management on excess charges complaints from customers.<\/p>\n

He worked in the Internal Audit department and acquired wider experiences when he moved to United Bank for Africa (UBA).<\/p>\n

Tosin was in Channels Television as a Finance Manager with the responsibility of consolidating the financials of the Channels Media Group and ensuring compliance with internal controls. He later moved to SWAgCo Limited as a management staff with the responsibility to oversee the Finance, Administrative & Human Resources departments.<\/p>\n

Presently, Tosin is back in audit practice as the Managing Partner of Adeniji Agboola & Co. (Chartered Accountants).<\/p>\n

He has a wealth of experience in Audit, Taxation and Finance and has a deep understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He is versed in computer audit and system audit, tax planning and consultancy services and has attended several courses, seminars and workshops.<\/p>\n
